Introduction
The conical reamer is a commonly used reamer in oil drilling and
geological drilling. The roller cone opener has the function of
impacting, breaking and shearing the formation rock when rotating.
Therefore, the tapered hole opener can adapt to soft, medium and
hard formations. Especially after the emergence of jet cone bit and
long nozzle cone bit, the drilling speed of cone bit has greatly

Advantages
In view of the different cutting characteristics of the blades in
different parts of the cone, the cone blades are placed in the
permanent contact area and the wedge blades are placed in the
alternating contact area, which greatly improves the drilling
efficiency. A diamond blade is set in the permanent contact area of
the cone to improve the wear resistance of the cutting structure,
and the blade in this area is severely worn. Place the tungsten
carbide insert on the top surface of the cone to protect the cone
from wear.
2. Table structure
The cutting body is equipped with active cutting protection blades,
so that the drill has good cutting protection and drilling ability.
3. Bearing structure
High-precision journal bearings. The ball locks the cone. Hard
surface bearing surface. Tapered bearing with anti-friction alloy.
Improve the wear resistance and seizure of the bearing. Compared
with tri-cone bits, tri-cone bits have larger outrigger bearings,
which can withstand higher drilling weights and are more reliable.
4. Hydraulic design
The small-angle waterway design increases the thickness of the
shirt hem, which can effectively prevent waterway erosion. The
optimized flow structure is adopted to improve the cleaning
capacity and ROP.
